Company TRICOMED S.A. for
nearly 50 years has been a manufacturer of biomaterials and wound
dressings utilizing its potential and knowledge for the good of the
patients.
The beginning of the company
in 1961 was marked by great success– the first Polish vascular
prosthesis was implanted, two years later after analogical implantation
performed in the United States.
As a joint-stock company we
have existed since 1995 carrying
on the tradition of Medical Devices Workshop established in 1959 by
Central Laboratory of Knitting.
In 2003 TRICOMED S.A. as an
independent unit became the member of TZMO capital group.
The scientific output
encompasses tens of patents, many awards but above all the prestigious
position among so few biomaterial manufacturers in the world.
